QSI measures

Good afternoon,

As I’m sure you’ve heard, the Hungarian Prime Minister has announced the mandatory introduction of e-learning in Hungarian schools as of Monday (tomorrow) morning. The published decree confirms this.

While these are certainly unique times, please know that we will continue to teach your children, support you through the process, and send updates on a regular basis.

There will be no school tomorrow. We will shift to distance learning beginning Tuesday, March 17 following our Online Learning Plan found on our website and newsletter.

Parents, please come to campus tomorrow between 10:00-12:00 to collect materials (textbooks, etc.) for your children, to check your child’s locker, and to check in with homeroom teachers who will share relevant information related to expectations and scheduling. If you are unable to come tomorrow, please contact your child’s teacher as soon as possible because the campus might not be open afterwards.

Friday, March 20 will still be a teacher professional development day (no distance learning, no school), where we will reflect on the week to date, work to improve what we’ve learned so far, workshop platforms, and consider feedback so that we can better support our students into the near future.

We are prepared for this.

Sincerely,

JC Sanders
