As our community is continuously growing and members are rotating, we would like to provide you with some information on what the Community Liaison Office does, who we are and what matters we are responsible for.
There are currently three Assistants (Mr Szabolcs CSILLAG, Ms Beata BOTA, Ms Zsuzsa NEMETH) and an Officer (Mr Laszlo SOLYMOSI) working in the CLO. We are located in Building 5 in the Connex, Room C105, office hours are Mon-Thu 0800 to 1700 and Fri 0800-1300. If you don’t find us in the office, we are probably doing business around town, in this case please call our cell phones. If an emergency comes up outside office hours, we have a 24/7 on-call service which we provide in weekly rotations. The number to call in these cases is +36 30 857 56 06. Please note that our main priority is confidentiality, your issues will not be discussed outside of the office whether they be medical or administrative. We treat all information as sensitive. We understand that Pápa is a small town and people talk, so if you wish, we will do our best to take care of any issues outside of the town. Our job is to make your experience in Hungary as smooth and comfortable as possible, so feel free to turn to us with any questions.
